Processing Time

At Brutal Positivity, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Orders typically take 2-7 business days to produce before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product and current production volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order is produced, shipping times vary by location:

United States: 3-7 business days
International: 7-21 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Use this to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may be produced at different facilities and arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the defect or damage
Description of the issue

We'll review your case and provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We'll send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us if you still can't locate it, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
