Print-on-Demand Service

All products sold through Brutal Positivity are produced on-demand through our third-party printing partner, Printify. Orders are created and shipped only after purchase, which means processing times may be longer than traditional retail.

Order Processing & Shipping

Since our products are made-to-order, processing typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary based on the production facility location and your delivery address. Once your order is produced, you will receive tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a quality issue.

Product Quality

We partner with Printify to ensure high-quality printing and products. However, slight variations in color and placement may occur due to the print-on-demand process. These minor differences are normal and not considered defects.

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Brutal Positivity and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Brutal Positivity is not liable for delays in production or shipping caused by our print-on-demand partners or shipping carriers. We are also not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
